Final Week: It's Time To Level Up

How young artists and creators can build upon what we have learned in our 3-part series to make and sustain change in their life and careers.

If you have been following along with our 3-part series, you should be feeling cleaner, calmer, and more in control of your life. (Reminder: you can go back and start these things today.)

In our first part we did spring cleaning, in part two we rebuilt on that foundation, and in the last part of this series we are going to speak about being able to level up by being comfortable with being uncomfortable.

As creative minds, we often put off the most important thing that we should do, whether it be starting that new painting, finishing that song, or even reaching out to someone whom you have wanted to speak to. The list goes on and on.

I will use a personal example, as I often do. I had an idea for an advertisement for this company months ago, but it wasn’t until this week that I finally sat down and started on it.

Why? Well, because I wanted to be a man of my word and follow through with this series.

That was it, I had no other motivation. I realized that I could have started on this months ago but instead of doing it I would do everything around it or something else entirely so that I would feel “productive” when I actually wasn’t doing the one thing that would have the most impact on my business. Throughout this next week, that is your main goal. Figure out the one thing you have been putting off that you know that you should do and just do it. Your future self will thank you.
